Gluten Free Apple Crumb Pie

INGREDIENTS:
9″ Gluten free pastry shell, unbaked
1 Cup gluten free flour
1/2 Cup brown sugar, packed
1/8 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup soft butter
6 Cups peeled apples
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tsp ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and butter; blend until crumbly.  Set aside.

Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon; mix gently to coat apple slices.  Pack apple mixture into chilled crust.  Sprinkle crumb topping over apples.  Bake at 375F until tender (approx. 1 hour).
