Gluten Free Caramel Corn

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Brown sugar, packed
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup White Corn Syrup
3  1/2 Cup Popcorn, unpopped
1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

DIRECTIONS:
Pop the popcorn and set aside.  Will need several large bowls to mix popcorn adequately.

In medium sized saucepan, add everything except sweetened condensed milk.  Bring mixture to a boil.  Add sweetened condensed milk.  Boil for one minute.  Pour over popped corn.

Store in airtight containers.

*Optional – Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of peanuts to popcorn before pouring mixture over popcorn.
