Gluten Free Oh Henry Bars

INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups Gluten Free Oatmeal
1 Cup brown sugar
2/3 Cup margarine, melted
1/2 Cup corn syrup
3 Tsp vanilla
1  1/3 Cup chocolate chips
1 Cup Peanut butter

DIRECTIONS:
Mix oatmeal, sugar, margarine, corn syrup and vanilla.  Spread in a 12×18 pan (or 9×13 pan for thicker squares).  Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in saucepan on low.  Once melted, spread on base.  Bake for 10 minutes.  Allow to cool in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.  Once chocolate is firm, cut into squares.
