Gluten Free Sloppy Joes

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Lb. ground beef
1 Onion (medium)
1 Red pepper (chopped)
1 Tbsp GF Worcestershire sauce
2 Cups tomato sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste
4 GF Buns

DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Add oil and ground beef to pan.  Brown the meat; add onion and red pepper.  Reduce heat and add GF Worcestershire sauce to meat and cook for 5 minutes.  Add tomato sauce and paste to pan.  Stir to combine.  Reduce heat to a simmer an cook meat mixture for additional 5 minutes.

Lightly butter and toast your favourite GF buns (or bread).  Using large spoon, scoop the meat mixture onto your favorite gluten free bread or buns.
