Gluten Free Teriyaki Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup GF soy sauce
3/4 Cup water
2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
Dash of Ginger
2 lbs Chicken drumsticks or wings

DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan, whisk brown sugar and cornstarch together.  Add soy sauce, water and ginger.  Bring to a slow boil on medium heat.  Stir constantly until sauce begins to thicken.  Remove from heat and set aside.

Spray a casserole dish and place chicken in dish.  Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 375F.
