1 Lb. ground beef
1 Small Onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Cups frozen vegetable mix
1/2 Green or Red pepper (optional)
1 1/2 – 2 Cups Gluten Free Gravy
2 Cups cheddar cheese, grated
4-6 Med potatoes
2-3 Tbsp butter/margarine
1/4 Cup Milk
In frying pan, brown the ground beef and onion. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. In small saucepan, prepare gravy according to package directions. In medium saucepan, boil potatoes & mash, adding butter and milk (don’t make them too soft). Add the frozen vegetables to beef mixture and cook for a few minutes. Add gravy to beef mixture.
Pour beef mixture into lightly greased 9×13 casserole dish. Spread potatoes on top. Layer with cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
