Gluten Free Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:
1 Lb Ground beef
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic
1 8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 6 oz Can tomato paste
2 Cups water
1 Tsp salt
2 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp basil
1/4 Tsp pepper
Dash of crushed red pepper
Gluten Free Spaghetti Noodles

DIRECTIONS:
Brown ground beef.  Add onion and garlic.  Cook over low  heat until onion is tender.  Stir in tomato paste, sauce, water and seasonings.  Simmer, uncovered, over low heat for one hour.

Serve with cooked gluten free spaghetti noodles.
