2 lbs beef
2 Cups Gluten Free bread crumbs
1/2 Cup milk (Casein Free – use Almond Milk)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 Cups Brown sugar
3/4 Cup Vinegar
3/4 Cup Water
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tsp salt
Combine ingredients together for meatballs. Shape into 1 inch balls & place in shallow baking dish.
Combine ingredients together for sauce and pour over meatballs.
Bake uncovered at 325C for 40 minutes. Baste often. After meatballs are cooked, drain sauce and thicken sauce with 1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch.
